SMS Messaging Terms
These terms apply to the KM Goods SMS messaging programme, which is operated by KM Goods, a brand of KGV CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA.
Enrolment and consent
You enrol by submitting your phone number and ticking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and separate from every other agreement on this site. By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from KM Goods at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
What we send
Marketing messages about KM Goods products, promotions and offer updates, plus the occasional service message about the programme itself.
STOP and HELP
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts to that number.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in section 12.
Costs, delivery and eligibility
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery cannot be guaranteed on every network or device.
- You must be the account holder of the mobile number you enrol, or have the account holder's permission, and you must be old enough to enter into these terms.
- Tell us if your mobile number changes, so that messages are not sent to someone who did not consent.
Your data
Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold, rented, shared or transferred to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle phone numbers and consent records is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
